One credit equals one video from a participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can buy credits for your account to order testers from the UserPeek panel whenever you need them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two options: You either recruit testers directly for a specific test, or you add credits to your account balance from a subscription (Grow plan) or pay as you go in our Flex plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchasing credits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much do credits cost?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Flex (Pay-as-you-go): $55 per credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grow (Subscription plan): 5 credits $39 per credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1 credit is 1 tester \/ 1 video<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How many credits do I need?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to test, you need to decide, how many participants (testers) do you need. Based on a Norman Nielsen Study, we recommend at least 5 testers per test. Choose the number of credits (testers). The price will adjust accordingly.
